Myth Conky Status.
I quite often want to check on the status of my MythTV box. Did I remember to record the next episode of “Coronation Street”? What has been recorded recently? How much disk space have I got left? I can always fire up MythWeb which will give me this information. However, I wanted a lightweight way of checking on my Myth box at a glance. Like many Linux users I use Conky to monitor status information in a small window on my desktop.
So I have written a small python script which displays MythTV status infromation in my Conky window. You can find out more, see a screen shot and download it from here .
